Resolution Rule
Resolves YES if the Pectra hard fork activates on Ethereum mainnet (as confirmed by the official Ethereum Foundation announcement and a verifiable mainnet activation block) at or before June 30, 2026 23:59 UTC. Exactly midnight July 1 UTC resolves NO.
Fallback / Invalid
Activation on testnets does not count. If Pectra is renamed or re-scoped, the market follows the successor upgrade specified by the Ethereum Foundation.
