What we collect, what we never collect, and your rights over data we hold. Last updated April 19, 2026.
What we collect
The only personal data we store on our servers are email addresses submitted to our newsletter and anonymous aggregate analytics (page views, referrers, country-level location). We do not collect names, phone numbers, government IDs, or banking information. Wallet addresses and on-chain activity are publicly recorded on Solana — those are not collected by us, they are inherent to blockchain networks.
What we never collect
We never ask for your private keys, seed phrase, or signing credentials. Any page, email, or DM requesting these is a phishing attempt — report it to security@foreprotocol.xyz.
Cookies
We use a single cookie to remember your wallet connection and UI preferences (chart timeframe, theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Analytics is handled by a privacy-preserving provider that does not set identifying cookies.
Who we share with
We do not sell data. We share with: (a) our email provider (for newsletters you subscribed to); (b) our analytics provider (aggregate, non-identifying events); (c) law enforcement, only when legally compelled by a valid subpoena or court order from a jurisdiction where we have legal presence.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter with one click. You can request deletion of any email data we hold by writing to privacy@foreprotocol.xyz. We cannot delete on-chain activity — blockchain data is immutable and outside our control.
Data retention
Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Aggregate analytics is retained for 24 months. Support emails are retained for 12 months after the ticket is closed.
Children
ForeSeen is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@foreprotocol.xyz and we will delete it.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced 14 days in advance on our X account (@foreprotocol). The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
