Resolves YES if the percentage change in Coinbase SOL/USD UTC daily close from April 1, 2026 00:00 UTC to June 30, 2026 23:59 UTC strictly exceeds the percentage change in Coinbase ETH/USD over the same window. Equal returns resolve NO.
Fallback / Invalid
If either Coinbase pair is unavailable, Binance is used as the fallback venue for that asset.
